Reni Fights Back

I actually drew Nack! Go me...

After uploading that last piece, I'm ashamed of the background in this one...but that part was thrown together quickly...i was concentrating more on the characters and the interaction.

Anyway, ish yet another illustration of Great Escape RP...I wanted to draw an action (fight) scene, and this came out...slightly before it actually happened in the RP...

Anyway, Reni is starting to get her revenge for the abuse she suffered as a child in the slave camps. No, Nack was not the cause of her troubles, but, as he's working for Robotnik as overseer/slave-hunter, presumably to save his own skin...as usual...he's thus part of the problem...

Here, he was about to put Reni in chains again (she'd escaped by now) after she and some friends that I didn't want to bother drawing () came back to the slave camp located in the ruins of Knothole, searching for ingredients to make an EMP bomb in preparation for invading the Quarry and freeing the slaves there.

The setting is the ruins of the mission ops hut of Knothole, now transformed into a prison for new and/or troublesome slaves. The background was SUPOSED to look so much cooler than it did...>.< At least it looks better in my head, anyway...

Surge had tried to protect her when she was acting all scared-ish, and got thumped by that stun gun in Nack's hand (I CAN'T draw guns worth...whatever...>.< ) In the story, he got stunned by the stun gun...but then I realized...Surge is electric...he wouldn't be affected by a stun beam...So, in the drawing I just decided to change it so that he got KO'd by Nack hitting him on the head hard with the gun. (I can do that...Uh-huh...*nods*...Don't worry, he'll be OK in a little...)

Anyway...after that....Reni snapped. She uncurled and jumped over the KO'd Surge and grabbed the chain that Nack was trying to incapasitate her with and used it against him. She was suposed to be kicking him, erm, a bit lower down...but her foot went too high when I drew it and I didn't wan't to change it...

Look! Nack lost a tooth...but not his trademark one...
